Notice of Advanced Removal of Early Voted Ballots from Envelopes and Advanced Depositing of Early Voted Ballots:
In accordance with the VOTES ACT, Chapter 92 of the Acts of 2022, the Town of Ludlow will be opening and/or depositing early voting ballots at the Town Hall, 488 Chapin Street at the following sessions:
- Monday, October 26, 2026
- Tuesday, October 27, 2026
- Wednesday, October 28, 2026
- Thursday, October 29, 2026
- Friday, October 30, 2026
- Saturday, October 31, 2026
Advance Processing will begin each day at 8:30 a.m. on the second floor in the Town Hall at 488 Chapin Street, Ludlow, MA 01056.
Per State requirements, all Vote-by-Mail ballots received after advanced processing, will be processed at the polls.
In accordance with the regulations, no results shall be determined or announced until after the time the polls close on November 3, 2026, at 8:00 P.M. At that time the results for all six (6) precincts from the advance processed ballots will be added to the election day results and posted in a public place at Town Hall, Town Clerk’s Office, 2nd Floor, 488 Chapin St, Ludlow, MA 01056.
