The mission of the Human Resources Department is to provide the leadership, direction, and support necessary to attract, retain, and develop talented individuals to align ourselves with the changing obligations of our Town. Partnered with other Town Departments, Human Resources maintains a dedicated and progressive workforce capable of delivering exceptional services to the Town of Ludlow.
