Whitney Park Playground Construction Bid

The Town of Ludlow is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors for the removal of existing park equipment and the installation of previously purchased park equipment at Whitney Park.

The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project in accordance with the specifications outlined in the bid documents.

Bid documents, including scope of work and submission requirements, may be obtained from Brittany Beaumier in the Procurement Office during normal business hours or by request via email at bbeaumier@ludlow.ma.us.

06/24/2026 @ 11:00 – Site Visit at Whitney Park, 167 Howard St, Ludlow, MA.

07/01/2026 @ 10:00 AM – Questions for the Town due on or before this date and time. E-mail to:

bbeaumier@ludlow.ma.us

07/22/2026 @ 2:00 PM – Latest date and time for the Town to answer questions. An addendum will

be issued to all those who have received bid documents.

07/29/2026 @ 10:00 AM – Bid submittals due at 488 Chapin Street, Select Board’s Office, third floor.
