Ludlow Police are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of full-time police officers.
The starting salary is between $61,187 to $73,331, depending on experience.

Qualifications Include:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Applicants must be 21 years of age to apply.
- Must pass a background check
- Completion and graduation from a Massachusetts Municipal Police Training Council (MPTC) Basic Full-Time Police Officer Academy is preferred.
- Active License to Carry (LTC)
