The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission will replace water pipes on Lakeview Avenue. This work is expected to begin the week of May 18, 2026, and continue through September 2026. Typical work hours are 7AM-4PM, weather dependent.
During construction there will be one-lane alternating traffic on Lakeview Avenue. Access to abutting properties will be maintained. Pedestrian and vehicular traffic will be managed with posted signs and police details.
