The Select Board is seeking to appoint one regular member to serve on the Zoning Board of Appeals for an unexpired five-year term and two alternate members. These are non-compensated positions. The Board of Appeals is charged with hearing appeals or petitions for Variances, Section 6 Findings, and Special Permits according to Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, and the Town of Ludlow Zoning Bylaws.
Meetings
The Board of Appeals meets on an as needed basis at Ludlow Town Hall in the Select Board’s Conference Room, third floor at 7:00 PM, upon receipt of a request for a Hearing, Appeal, Variance, Section 6 Finding or Special Permit.
