The Department of Public Works would like to notify the residents that the Compost Facility will be opening on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, weather permitting.
The hours of operation are Wednesday – Saturday 8 a.m. to 2:50 p.m. A transfer station sticker is required to use the facility.
You can get your sticker at the DPW Office located at 198 Sportsmen’s Road Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Please note that for loads of brush you will need to use the (2) complimentary permits provided to you with your annual transfer station permit. Additional load permits can be purchased for $20.00 at the DPW office.
