Pre Town Meeting

WHAT IS TOWN MEETING AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

• Town Meeting is Ludlow’s legislative body (like a City Council)

• Elected Precinct Members vote on warrant articles presented by the Select Board and other town Boards and Committees

• Residents may attend and share feedback (subject to the Town Moderator’s approval)

• Precinct Members may consider community input before voting

• Only Precinct Members, who represent their home precincts, are allowed to cast votes on behalf of their precincts

To provide an additional opportunity for Precinct Members and residents to ask questions about the proposed articles before Town Meeting, the town hosts a Pre-Town Meeting Gathering, which is being held:

Monday, April 27, 2026

6:00 PM

Ludlow High School Auditorium

This is an informal information session. No votes will be taken. Precinct members and residents are encouraged to attend, ask questions, and share input to help inform Precinct Members’ votes.
